Estate Homes is a design-build firm specializing in custom remodeling and new homes, as well as residential design including architectural, interiors and cabinetry. It is a "true" design-build firm in that the designers are employees of the company, not outsourced, unlike many of our competitors. Clients receive turn-key, full-service regarding all aspects of their project from conceptual stage to move in. The honed, systematic and structured process Estate Homes created is the hallmark and foundation of its business and enables clients to maximize their satisfaction during the process. Estate Homes serves the Greater Seattle / Bellevue area as well as reaching north into Snohomish County, west to the islands, and south to Pierce County. Its history includes 30 years in business and a staff of multi-disciplinary veterans. The office is located in Mill Creek, WA and includes a cabinet sample room, flooring and tile wholesale office, conference rooms and material and product libraries.
