Ken Cornett, President and founder of Estate Homes, started in the construction business in the late 70's building some of the first homes around Mill Creek. He assembled a staff of design and construction veterans who would be the cornerstone of the growth and expansion of Estate Homes for next ten years. Now based in a business plaza in Mill Creek, WA, Estate Homes is one of the premiere Design-Build construction companies in the Seattle / Bellevue area.
