Ken is owner and President of Estate Homes.  He has been married to Rochelle for 28 years and lives with his family in Mill Creek.  He has four great sons.  Ken discovered his passion for building 30 years ago and developed his skills as a sider, framer, carpenter and laborer.  He has been building and remodeling some of the northwest's finest homes for many years and has many happy and lasting relationships with his past clients. Ken enjoys golf, travel, and his family. Ken enjoys being around people and believes in treating his clients like he would like to be treated; maybe that's why so many people like to work with him.

Jack was born & raised in the Seattle area but currently lives on Whidbey Island with his wife and kids.   Jack worked in Real Estate Sales for over 15 years, during which time he built and remodeled many homes in the northwest. Jack loves working with people and helping them to attain a home that they can enjoy today and increase the value for tomorrow.  He then spent the following 2 years selling high end home in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Jack returned to the Pacific Northwest to be close to family, and chose to work for Estate Homes because of their commitment to quality and the family-like atmosphere they give to each and every client.  You may recognize Jack's name as he owned a family style restaurant called "Jack Petosa's" in the Bothell Landing for many years along with a fine dining Restaurant in Bellevue called "Fountain Court off Main".

Linda is originally from Ohio and has lived in Seattle since 1992.  She lives with her husband, Christoph, and daughter, Allison, in Seattle.  Her passion and hands-on experience in remodeling began in college and she continued her early career working with non-profit corporations in housing, development and capital projects.   Linda then worked for Intracorp Real Estate as a Development Analyst and led the development of mixed use projects and high-end condominiums.  Linda also worked as a consultant to home builders prior to joining Estate Homes in November 2002.  Currently, Linda serves as General Manager at Estate Homes.
